Our Mission

The Hancock County Career Center (HC3) is dedicated to preparing students for success in college, careers, and life by providing meaningful, hands-on learning experiences. These programs are designed to equip students with the technical, academic, and employability skills they need to succeed in both the workplace and in postsecondary education.  Our mission is to create strong, sustainable pathways into the workforce and higher education by aligning our offerings with the needs of industry and our local economy.

Our vision is to create a future where every Hancock County student graduates career- and college-ready, confident in their abilities and connected to real-world opportunities. We envision a community where education, innovation, and industry work hand-in-hand to build a strong, skilled workforce that drives our local and regional economy forward.

Our Commitment

At HC3, we believe that learning extends beyond the classroom. Each program is designed to challenge students, encourage creativity, and promote lifelong learning. From earning industry certifications and dual college credits to building leadership and teamwork skills, students gain the confidence and experience to take their next step—whether that’s entering the workforce or pursuing higher education.
