WHAT IS HC3?

The Hancock County Career Center (HC3) offers a variety of career-focused programs for high school students across Eastern Hancock, Greenfield-Central, New Palestine, and Mt. Vernon. Through hands-on, immersive learning experiences, students have the opportunity to explore career pathways, develop technical skills, and solve real-world problems while preparing for post-secondary education and future careers. Each program is built upon rigorous college- and career-ready standards and enhanced by modern equipment, industry partnerships, and innovative instructional practices.

Participants have the opportunity to earn industry-recognized certifications and dual college credits, giving them a competitive advantage as they enter the workforce or continue their education. 6th–8th Grade Students

  • Talk with your middle school or high school counselor and your parent/guardian about your interests and future plans.

  • Begin exploring career pathways that align with your strengths and goals.

9th–11th Grade Students

  • Meet with your high school counselor and your parent/guardian to discuss your career interests and enrollment options.

  • Complete the HC3 enrollment form.

  • Schedule a student shadow experience or campus tour to see our programs in action.
